The Fu Subcutaneous Needling - American Version Course (FSN) is designed to provide students with a comprehensive introduction to fascial needling by areas of the body utilizing ROM assessment, treatment skills, and techniques specific to the field of myofascial pain and muscle dysfunction.

Students will learn the mechanisms of cranio-cervical and vestibular-ocular (dys) function of postural control.

The course will combine an in-depth review of challenging dry needling techniques combined with detailed clinical anatomical and dissection studies presented in the context of dry needling. The live Intramuscular Electrical Stimulation (IMES) course is a practical, hands-on course designed for clinicians who already completed the online IMES course. During the course, students will review and practice recommended treatment approaches using IMES for patients with neck, back, arm (epicondylalgia), hand, low back, pelvic, hip, and leg pain and dysfunction, and for muscle strengthening and motor recovery.

Intramuscular electrical stimulation (IMES) is increasingly used in clinical practice to modify or enhance the effects of needling interventions. Yet, no published guidelines exist to assist clinicians in their clinical reasoning for selecting stimulation parameters or determining adequate dosage for the use of IMES for any musculoskeletal condition. This online course will teach clinicians how to safely and effectively implement IMES into practice based on the most recent scientific evidence.

In this 3-days course, participants will be introduced to the most updated scientific headache literature, particularly migraine, and how to properly assess and treat patients with primary or secondary headache disorders.
